With the General Assembly’s 2021 spring session well underway, State Representative Brad Halbrook has re-started his district listening tour that was paused last spring due to COVID concerns. Rep. Halbrook’s first stop in May will be at the Village Hall in Atwood.
- 4:00 to 5:30pm Monday, May 3
- Village Board Room, Atwood Village Hall, 110 W. Central St.
“I am very glad that our listening tour can be safely reestablished. In a district as large as ours it’s difficult for everyone who needs help or has an idea to share to travel to one of my district offices. Conducting a listening tour throughout the district is key to being able to meet one on one with more of the folks that I represent to hear their concerns and suggestions, or to help with a problem they’re having,” Rep. Halbrook said.
Representative Halbrook will be announcing more listening tour dates and locations in the coming weeks. He stressed that local residents are always welcome to call or stop by his Shelbyville office located at 203 N. Cedar (217)-774-1306.
