Policies like the TRUST Act and the Chicago Mayor’s “welcoming” of migrants have indeed made our state a destination for non-citizens. Now, when the time has come to make good on their promises, the Mayor of Chicago and Illinois Democrats are, unsurprisingly, unable to follow through.
Illinois residents should not be stuck footing the bill for Democrats’ disastrous policies. We cannot afford to spend any more taxpayer money on migrant aid.
