Rep. Halbrook and fellow members of the Illinois Legislative Prayer Caucus kicked off the National Day of Prayer today with their second annual Prayer Breakfast. This year’s keynote speaker was former Congressman Randy Forbes, the President and Co-Founder of the Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation.
“It was a truly inspirational way to start our day at the Capitol today,” Rep. Halbrook said.
