There’s a new face in Representative Brad Halbrook’s Effingham district office to help area residents with state related issues and concerns. Dallas Bear will be on hand full time in Representative Halbrook’s Effingham office, located at 304 E. Jefferson Avenue, Suite A in Effingham.
Dallas, along with his wife Lori, live in Effingham where they have raised their four children. He has experience helping area residents navigate state services for several years in neighboring Representative Adam Niemerg’s district office. Dallas says he’s ready to help local families and seniors work through a wide range of issues from Medicaid to Firearm Owners ID Cards. Rep. Halbrook today welcomed him to the constituent services team.
