SPRINGFIELD – State Rep. Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville) was proud to recognize Ralph W. Rounds II at the State Capitol last week.
Ralph is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and third-generation service member who comes from a family with a strong tradition of service, with his grandfather serving in World War II and his father serving in the Korean War. A resident of the 107th District since 1989, Ralph is also a proud husband, father, and grandfather whose commitment to family and country is deeply appreciated.

Halbrook’s 107th district includes several communities in the following Central Illinois counties: Macon, Shelby, Christian, Effingham, Montgomery, Cumberland, and Moultrie. Rep.
