SPRINGFIELD – After meeting with Future Farmers of America students at the Capitol, State Representative Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville) said he heard growing concerns from young people who want to return home and continue their family’s farming legacy, but fear the financial burden placed on their families by the estate tax.
