ILLINOIS – One the final session day of May 31st, State Representative Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville) spoke on the House Floor to debate HB1700. The legislation includes a series of changes to Illinois Energy Policy that he says will result in high utility rates for Illinois consumers.
