Champaign County residents will be able to voice their concerns and share ideas with State Representative Brad Halbrook or his staff in Homer this month. Rep. Halbrook is bringing his Traveling Office Hours to the Homer Village Hall from 4:00 to 5:30 pm on January 17 to make it easy for area families who want an update, or want to discuss an issue face-to-face.

“Last year, the Democrats in the General Assembly forced some really bad ideas on our entire state. Our new legislative session is now underway, and I want to hear your ideas and priorities for the new year. My staff and I also want to hear about any specific problems you may be having with a state program or agency so we can help,” Rep. Halbrook said.
Representative Halbrook will be announcing more Traveling Office Hour dates and locations in the coming weeks. He stressed that local residents are always welcome to call or stop by his Shelbyville office located at 203 N. Cedar (217-774-1306).
